It’s amazing how much thinking I do in the middle of the night when I am supposed to be sleeping. Sometimes thinking is problem solving, sometimes planning, trying to remember until tomorrow what I need to do, but it leaves me wondering if I’m really sleeping or getting enough rest.
In an attempt to analyze this further…I decided to remember how I felt in the morning as an indicator. You’ll be simply astounded…lol…at what I found out.
The nights I struggled to remember things, I didn’t feel rested in the morning. I felt more like I had been working all night. So the next time, I got up wrote it down and went back to bed. In the morning I felt rested. So being the skeptic that I am about taking things at face value, I tried it a few more times until I was sure this was the case.
Dare you …Try it, you’ll see for yourself.
Why is sleep so important? It’s the time your body gets to recoup before another day in the rat race. It’s a complex series of things your body does in order to help keep you at the top of your game.
What is the top of your game? Mine is being inspired by what I love to do. Being a nurse I love to help people, love to share what I know (sometimes without being asked) and I love to grow my business. My business is helping others get on the health train. We can either pay or pay later!! Pay to stay healthy or pay to treat illness. The big difference is that when you wait until you are ill, life stops as you know it. Sometimes for a long time and sometimes forever.
I urge you to join me in the struggle to be healthy. I recommend you learn more about the company I recommend products from:
Then contact me for your own private talk with me. Together, one step at a time, we’ll get there!! The consultation is free for a limited time. So don’t wait!!

ReplyDeleteI need to get healthy but just can't seem to get started.
ReplyDeleteYou already started! Take credit. You sound like you have been thinking it over. That is a part of the process. We have to think about it then comes the second step....The WHY
ReplyDeleteYou'll get going when you find your "WHY" and you find someone interested in doing it with you. Let me know if you and I can be wellness partners.
