Ask yourself who you think the expert on your health is. If you think it's your doctor, please read on. It needs to be you. You are the only one that really knows your body, your symptoms, what you feed yourself and what activity and thoughts you have all day long. Those are the things that make you well or sick. If you are ready to get in tune with your health, I can help you in a blink of an eye. It doesn't mean you don't see your doctor, not at all, it means you will have important information to help him/her get you well and keep you well. I also can be your wellness partner. That means you and I touch base about once a month to see what progress you are making on your health balance and see how you can press forward to wellness. It's a process, not a procedure.
